BOLD, SUMMER HIGH SCHOOL SENIOR PICTURES, DOVER OHIO
Zoar, Ohio provided the MOST beautiful morning for this past weekend's senior session. It's funny how things work out. We made a last minute switch from an evening session to a morning session and it worked out so beautifully! Emily and I started off by wandering her grandparent's home and found some absolutely gorgeous, yet simple backdrops for a few portraits. Emily is so naturally beautiful, I wanted to find locations that accented her and her bold, playful outfits without taking away from the photo. I could not have lucked out more with the beautiful weather, and the morning cloud cover provided the perfect lighting.
We made a little trip around the house finding the perfect spots that went along with Emily's outfits just beautifully. I love that we were able to sneak in a few patriotic ones with the painted pallet and Emily's white dress. And this girl's tan, I can't even. Later, Emily had some furry friends join her for a few pictures. There is just something about a girl and her dog. I LOVE including pets in sessions, whether it is family, senior, engagement, you name it. Pets are absolutely family members and I love seeing how much they love their people. You could tell how excited their beautiful golden was to be included in all of the fun.
Finally, we found our way to our second location at the Zoar Towpath and Zoar gardens. I think it is safe to say I found some new favorite portrait locations. The gardens are just starting to take off and the gorgeous flowers were the perfect accent for a beautiful summer look. I had SUCH a hard time going through these photos and selecting my favorites for the final gallery, but I have to say I think the Zoar bridge shots are right up there as some of my top picks. This location was just so stunning and I love the peaceful look of the scenery and Emily relaxing on the stairs.
I had such a blast with my first Senior Rep session of the summer and I can not wait to get started with more senior sessions throughout the year! Thank you Emily for a fun morning and have a wonderful summer!
