Christmas with the Kaisers 2015

I had SUCH a blast documenting our family Christmas this year.  My daughter is just over two and she was so exciting to watch this year as she tore into each gift and just ooohed and ahhhed over it like she had never seen anything so wonderful in her life.  She was quite the helper as well.  She loved passing out gifts as much as loved opening them.  And we made sure that every gift was followed with a sweet thank you.  By day four of our family celebrations she was a bit tuckered out.  But all in all she was such a trooper and made this one of the best Christmas' ever.

To start I was so thankful for some of the fourth generation photos I was able to get this year with my grandparents.  It is something I will treasure always and I love that I have these photos for McKenna to look back on.

Our first family Christmas kept with tradition at my paternal grandparents in Millersburg, Ohio.

The following morning we headed back down to Holmesville, Ohio for another Christmas tradition - spending the afternoon on Christmas day with my maternal grandparents and family.

My husband is a Respiratory Therapist, and because he worked Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, we decided to have Santa postpone a day this year and spent our immediate family time together the morning after Christmas.

That evening we headed over to my in-laws house for a wonderful dinner and a cozy Christmas in Strasburg, Ohio.  I love the barn McKenna's grandpa made for her, my dad made something similar for my sisters and I when we were kids and we adored it.

We finally finished off our Christmas celebrations at my parent's home outside of Millersburg, Ohio.  This was the last day we had with my sister and brother-in-law who were visiting from out of state.  Goodbye's are the hardest, but I always have to remind myself it's just see ya later.
